30-Day Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items should be unused and in resalable condition, with original packaging where applicable.
Unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact PAVONIQ customer support before returning the item. Include your order details and, when helpful, photos of the issue so we can review the order and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
